These lenses completely cover the eye, including the pupil, for a dramatic transformation from your regular eyes. Completely change your look with a pair of blind contacts

These lenses are great for horror-themed looks or for giving an extra bit of realism to your costume if you're cosplaying a blind character.

Can You See With Blind Contact Lenses?

A blind contact lens does cover the pupil to achieve that smooth yet unsettling look; however, this also means that you cannot see with these lenses. As the iris blocks the pupil, it is extremely difficult for light to get through to your eye. Because of this, we recommend only wearing these lenses during photoshoots, or wearing them in one eye at a time to allow some range of vision.  Do NOT attempt to drive whilst wearing blind contact lenses. We would also recommend avoiding dark and/or cramped spaces, as you may struggle to see items in your path.

Despite the fact that it is difficult to see out of these contact lenses, this is a beloved style that MUAs and cosplayers love. These SFX contact lenses are ideal for an inhumane or monochromatic look.

Our Blind Eye Contact Lens Styles

Our white variation of these lenses is ideal if you want some dead eye contacts for a spooky zombie or haunting ghostly look. Fantastic for pulling together a creepy look in an effortless way. The white contact lenses are our most popular version of these contacts, as they suit every look perfectly.

Our black blind eye contacts or red lenses are fantastic for witchy or demonic makeup. These black contact lenses are the ideal eye accessory for some spooky Halloween SFX makeup. Blackout contact lenses provide a great base for an unsettling look, and red contact lenses are fantastic if you want to create an animalistic and monstrous look.

Blind lenses are also a great option when you want to create a completely monochromatic look - cover any hint of your natural eye colour with these solidly opaque costume contact lenses. These costume lenses will easily cover your natural colour, from light blue to dark brown, because of their dense colour application that will cover your whole eye. With no clear hole near the pupil to allow you to see, there can be no accidental slips where your natural iris peeks through.

Looking for a more colourful option? We provide them; try a deep ocean blue that is fantastic to pair with your sultry siren look this Halloween, or a bright green that could be perfect for a toxic sludgy look, or a forest nymph. Our blind blue contact lenses can be just as versatile as our black or red lenses, whilst also opening up the door to a new range of creative looks. Use the deep sapphire blue colour to contrast with other primary colours, or create a unique monochromatic look. These blind lenses are also fantastic for extraterrestrial and fantasy looks, as the lack of pupil lends to an inhuman effect.

The blind lenses are also slightly easier to handle than our other SFX lenses, the mini sclera contact lenses. The larger size of the mini sclera contacts means that some people struggle more with putting them in their eyes comfortably; the blind lenses have a more regular size.

These blind contact lenses have limitless potential for creative makeup and spooky SFX looks. Check out the range of looks using our blind lenses in the gallery to get inspired by other make-up artists and creative minds. One of our favourite looks using the Blind White Lenses (our most popular colour available) is @maddyjmua’s chic snow leopard look. Fashion-forward and fantasy meet in this clash between modern and animalistic in a beautifully blended makeup look. For a more horror-focused look, we love @ohamarie’s terrifying zombified clown that wouldn’t seem out of place in Outlast.

All of our contact lenses are FDA-approved, so you can be assured of their quality and safety. Our lenses are also available in a daily or 30-day duration; select the style that will best suit your needs to save money and prevent waste. If you choose reusable lenses, be sure to properly care for your lenses between uses by cleaning them and storing them with fresh contact solution in an air-tight container.
