Elordi also wore one brown contact lens in the film in order to make one of his eyes appear larger than the other, adding not only to the wide-eyed innocence but also to the stitched-together and mismatched nature of his creation.

These lenses blend into the rest of the makeup in a perfectly unnerving way, making the SFX makeup and fake blood sprayed onto the face stand out.
